Qualifies for: Half of the entire charter expense

Processing Charge: €25 deducted from the refund sum

Qualifies for: Refunds are not available

- Complete Refund: Offered when rescheduling proves infeasible
- Rebook: Transfer your charter to an upcoming date without additional charges
- Credit for Charter: A credit note, with a 12-month validity counting from the original charter date
Method of Weather Determination
The components we take into account for weather assessments include:
- Analyses of wind force and trajectory
- Evaluation of wave height and sea condition
- Forecasts involving visibility and precipitation
- Notices and advisories issued by Coast Guard
- Safety assessments by professional captains
Decision-Making Timelines: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are finalized no later than 4 hours preceding the scheduled departure.
Refund for Medical Emergencies
Urgent Health Situations
Understanding that health crises can arise unexpectedly, the subsequent scenarios might enable special consideration:
- Acute medical conditions or injuries needing hospital admittance
- Demise within the immediate family
- Enlistment or urgent recalls within the military
- Mandatory juror service or judicial subpoena
- Natural disasters impeding travel
Requirement for Documents
Documents required for processing emergency refunds include:
- Certificates from medical institutions or hospital records
- A death certificate, where applicable
- Government-issued military orders
- A subpoena or notice for jury duty
- Emergency declarations or travel notices
Process of Refund: Emergency refunds will be carried out within a span of 3-5 business days following the submission of all necessary documentation.
Cancellations Due to Operational Challenges
Technical Setbacks
In the event your designated vessel suffers from unresolvable mechanical problems:
- Substitute Vessels: We'll attempt to supply a similar replacement
- Complete Refund: Granted if an appropriate alternative is not found
- Partial Refund: Applicable if the alternate vessel differs in pricing
- Compensation: Additional restitution might be extended for any inconvenience caused
Unavailable Crew
In the infrequent event of unavailability of certified crew:
- Efforts will be made to arrange alternate crew members when feasible
- Complete refund if the charter cannot proceed
- Options to reschedule without extra costs

If a charter is concluded earlier due to the conduct of guests or violation of safety regulations:
- No reimbursement will be provided for the time not used
- Full payment will be expected
- There may be additional costs incurred

- Possessing travel insurance is highly advised
