3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a charter reservation, the following is required:

  • A minimum age of 18 years
  • Submission of valid and comprehensive details
  • Advance payment as detailed in your reservation confirmation
  • Acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking assumes a confirmed status only after payment is received, along with our official confirmation. We may deny service to any individual at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

All charters are dependent on the accessibility of vessels and favorable weather. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested dates and timings.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All costs are quoted in € and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee required at time of booking
  • Final Payment: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's start
  • Supplementary Charges (if applicable): Payable at the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be made using major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. Our payment transactions are processed using encrypted, secured methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: Full refund less any processing fees
  • Cancellation between 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: No refund provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In cases where safe conditions are compromised by weather, as determined by our captain, we can:

  • Arrange a reschedule for the next possible date without additional charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there's a mechanical issue with the designated vessel, we'll strive to offer an appropriate alternative. Should a replacement not be available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All those on board must:

  • Heed all instructions given by the crew
  • Utilize provided safety gear as needed
  • Disclose any health conditions that could affect their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's designated areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are prohibited on the vessel:

  • Glass containers
  • Illegal materials
  • Firearms or any forms of weapons
  • Excessive amounts of strong drinks (outside sensible limits)
  • Pets (without prior consent)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to act in a civil manner. A charter may be stopped prematurely with no refund if a guest's actions pose a safety concern or disrupt the pleasure of other individuals.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are accountable only up to the charter cost paid by you. We bear no responsibility for the following:

  • Injuries to individuals due to their own carelessness
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses, as well as punitive damages
  • Delays brought on by weather or situations out of our purview

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We are equipped with comprehensive marine insurance that covers our craft and operations. Customers are liable for their own travel and personal insurance arrangements.

You recognize that being part of our charter services implies accepting the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and you take on the accountability for your safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the right to alter routes, itineraries, or schedules due to factors like weather, safety, or operational necessities. We'll make every effort to offer a comparable replacement for the experience.

9. Force Majeure

We are not answerable for disruptions, cancellations, or changes arising from aspects beyond our control, which include, but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural catastrophes

  • Port shutdowns
  • Vehicular malfunctions
