It's advisable to book your charter roughly 2–3 weeks prior, particularly in the high season, which is between May and September. For business gatherings and private celebrations, securing a booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended for improved vessel availability and customization options.
What are the protocols for unfavorable weather conditions?
Ensuring safety is paramount for us. In case the weather is not safe, as determined by our captain, we'll propose an alternate date for your charter or give a complete reimbursement. Weather forecasts are meticulously observed, and should adverse conditions be predicted, we will reach out 24 hours ahead of your departure time.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks is permitted. Nonetheless, we also offer superb catering services that can be personalized to your liking. Take note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed onboard.

What's your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are not refundable, save for instances of poor weather conditions or mechanical failures on our side.
